Just a little background first. Was 19 stoine back in May 2008 and I'm currently 14 stone 5lbs. I'm 6 foot 1 and have lost the weight primarily from dieting and running 5 times a week. I also work out with the Powertec rack I bought late last year but it has been on and off though. Currently can bench 80, squat 100 and deadlift 170.
I aim to be 13 stone and build more muscle and was wondeiring what you guys thought of the below uploaded routine.

Gray areas are days off.
As you can see, each major lift will be done twice a week and grip training, 3 times a week.
Cardio will be 30 min interval running sessions and the strength training days will be sets of reps of course.
Any advice appreciated.
