Opinions On New Build Spec Please

My old computer 2600xp, 1gb (2x512) kingmax, 20gb maxtor, 5200fx card... the motherboard is blown and since socket A is pretty much obsolete in motheboards now im planning to build a new one and wondered if i could get your comments on it to hopefully forsee any probs. ill be eternaly greatful to anyone who can help

the new spec will be

Athlon x2 3800
Asus A8N-VM
Western Digital 320GB caviar (IDE)
512mb kingmax or 2gb ocuk value ddr (dont know what one will be better or if the ocuk stuff will work)

if your a gamer what resolution do you game at?

Coding (VB and basic C++) and as a webserver for my home site with PHP instaled etc, budget is about 400ish
