Opinions on these brakes

So it's a 2019 car I was looking at on auto trader.
They look a bit knackered to me and ready for replacement.
Would you be worried about the state of them. Rest of the car appears tidy. Was going to look at it on Saturday.

Thanks all for the comments. It has been MOT clear for the last few years with no advisories either so I'm hoping there isn't rot on it.

that tracker thing is pretty good. There should be a little wiggle room in the price since theyve had it hanging around and the brakes need doing.
