freezer 64 pro, silent and very very effective. ones just come up for sale on MM go check it out

Yes it will all work fine together and should overclock quite nicely if you wish, the Freezer 64 is supposed to be a good cooler as Rain Man mentions. The Thermaltake Big Typhoon is also pretty good I believe
