What do you think to my spec I have got ready to go for a HTPC? I have managed to pick up some parts relatively cheap, but have a little bit of cash to change it a bit if required.

General opinions? will I have any issues with this? Will be looking to get a Blu Ray Drive at some point.

Do you really need the graphics card? The integrated HD 4400 iGPU on the CPU is decent enough.

My thoughts exactly, but this GPU was just lying around and figured it would be slightly better to use.
