Hi, I'm new to these forums but would appreciate any opinions on this spec I've put together. Was going to order it next week but since a lot of the parts I had in mind have gone on special offer this week I might order it even sooner.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Abit AW9D-Max 975x
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz
BFG GeForce 8800 GTX
Seagate Barracuda 7200 320GB
Pioneer DVR-111DBK 16x16 DVD±RW
Antec Nine Hundred Case
Corsair HX 520W PSU

All comes to £1171

My main queries are about the PSU and CPU cooler. Firstly from what I've heard the 520W PSU will be enough to power that smoothly but is it worth paying the £30 odd extra to get the 620W? Also I'm not looking to overclock the CPU for atleast a good few months but when I do I'll look to get a decent cooler for it. What would you recommend? Any other opinions welcome :)
Thanks.

What attracts you to that motherboard? A 965p or 680i board would be better methinks. Personally I'd pay the extra £30. You don't need it now but having higher power output allows for more expandability in the future. As far as coolers are concerned you can't go wrong with a Scythe Ninja, an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, or a Tuniq Tower.

I'll admit I haven't really given the motherboard that much thought. A friend recommended the 975x chipset and I've heard a lot of good things about that mobo. The 680i boards seem a bit out of my range and I havn't really looked at the 965p ones that well.
