Looking at getting the following combo:

Mobo: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600
RAM: CellShock 2GB PC6400

Is this going to be a good setup to get a decent overclock?

Heard a lot of good things from the Cellshock RAM. So yeah, you'll be looking at a very good overclock with that setup.

What cooling do you have?

It will be air cooling, looking at Tuniq Tower at the moment unless recommendations come forward for others.
