Depends really on your use, the only reason not too is if you think you may struggle keeping temps in check if you want 4.5+ghz overclock on Ivy bridge, Sandy bridge will do it easy, ivy too but temps can go crazy.
If you have no use for the HD400 IGP which I doubt as your looking for a graphics card and pci-e3.0 is of no use to the current graphics cards on the market and will be like that for quite a while anyway.
But as stulid said, it does perform faster at the same clocks as SB, so 4.4 ivy is like 4.6 sandy.
