Oppo Find 7 Thread

Finally someone doing the review actually looked at the charger specs. Most reviewers are so useless it's unbelievable.

4.5 Amps...!

Would actual like this but in 5" and 1080p with the rest mostly the same, not really in the market for a phablet sized device. Build and design is nice, really like the all black device. Menu button needs to die.

same here! I think oppo overshot with the screen size.. while 5'5 is nice I am simply not looking to get into phablet territory yet/ever.

and 5/5'2 is my sweet spot.

also they have no "normal" sized phone on sale with top end specs which imo for a manufacturer trying to make their name in this game is a bit odd.

Yet again - observed battery life issues. The same thing that plagues the Find 5, still exists in the 7a. It's a 2500mah battery in the Find 5 powering that 1080p display but no matter what rom you use on that thing, the life is somewhat poor. ColorOS seems to have had a lot of work done since I last looked at it, which is most welcoming but I'd still prefer a Google Edition as an option. Progress on the former is just too slow imo.

There are reports of some of the people that pre ordered the 7a having them turn up today. Has anyone ordered? if so has anyone had theirs turn up yet?

Does anyone know if the Find 7 is going to be available to us in the UK? The only thing about the Find 7A is that you have to root the device to allow you to install Google Services, which made me hold back a little bit

Find 7 arrived, lovely

When you've had a couple of days can you let us know what the battery life is like? Especially screen on time.
What's the screen like?

Its a friends and he doesn't use his phone all that much so will be hard to give an accurate battery time.

Screen is lovely, viewing angles are really good comapared to my nexus 5 but there's not much difference in sharpness, you can tell but text on these forums looks sharp on both. Can't get QI charger working with it do these have QI charging or is it another standard?
