Opposite to a socket set?

What do you call the opposite to sockets.

The male type?

I've ordered them from screwfix. 17mm is the right size for my gearbox oil, but now I bet 10mm is too big for my splines. :rolleyes:

Oh well, wait and see. The Halfords ones are smaller, so if need be I can pop in there and pick their set up too.
