Looking through the B-Grade section, you can get a Asus SK8N for £11.75, bargin for those people who have the cheap socket 940 opty's

Yes and no, it's not made for someone wanting to overclock and play games, it's made for databases etc...

The socket 940 Asus SK8V board i installed had the exact same overclocking options as a regular Asus 939 board.
