should go together ok, but ya need no make sure that board will do 320 fsb, to cover you in the future, have a check round on google that will tell ya, if it does, get it and let us know how ya get on

Foxconn make reference boards for M/B chipsets and Graphics cards, and therein lies your problem.

They follow the reference design, so overclocking options are extremely limited. If you are serious about overclocking this rig, get a different board.

DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D, £94 but worth every penny. MSI are good for clocking also.
