I'm running an AMD Opteron 165 overclocked to 2712Mhz currently, it seems stable, but a bit hot.
It's running at 62-64 degrees underload when running prime95 and ATI tool together, one on each core. I have a Zalman 7700 HSF with arctic silver 5.
It runs at 34-36 degrees whilst idle in windows. I am able to play F.E.A.R. without any crashes or freezes.
Am i pushing the chip too hard?
Will running it this hot shorten the life?
The RAM is running at 193.7Mhz, should i increase the speed of the HTT/FSB to bring it up to nearer 200Mhz or will this cause the chip to get too hot?

My full PC spec is:-

1 x AMD Opteron 165 Socket 939 1.8GHz Dual Core 2x1MB @ 2712Mhz
2 x 1GB Corsair XMS 3200 CL2
2 x Gainward 7900GT in SLI (Overclocked to 500Mhz core, 700Mhz Memory)
2 x Seagate ST3250823AS 250GB 7200RPM SATA/150 8MB Cache, RAID Stripe
1 x Enermax Liberty 620W Modular ATX2.2 PSU
1 x Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe S939 NF4 SLI ATX
1 x Zalman (CNPS7700-ALCU ) 120mm Super Flower Cooler (Al/Cu)
1 x CD/RW
1 x DVD/RW
1 X FDD
1 x USB/6 in 1 card reader
1 x Enlight EN-4203 Blue Extreme ATX Gaming Case with 4 case fans

How hot would you say is too hot, as for the past 2 hours i've had 2 instances of prime95 running, one on each core and the memory divided to 800Mhz per instance at around 64 degrees but towards the last twenty minutes it went up to 67 degrees. At what point am i likely to start damaging it.

Thanks

The Vcore is currently 1.4185v. It was 1.4 but I increased it as i was trying to get the memory back in spec by increasing the FSB. Core speed currently 2760Mhz.
I've had two instances of Prime95 running on it for an hour or so and temp is 63-64 degrees.

Is the HSF I have insufficient for the speed i'm running at.
