Opteron 170 vs. 175

ok i order my new pc today, planning on 170/175, DFI-UltraD, X1900XTX, 2GB Mushkin PC4000....

im planning on overclocking to about 2.6 (dunt want to push it far as i want a TOTALLY stable machine)

will the 175 be a waste of money when only clocking to 2.6, should i stick with the 170 and save the cash

I would save some money if you only want to clock @ 2.6.
Why but a DFI if you want 2.6 and stability? Surley an ASUS would suit your needs better?

any news on how the new stock of 170s are clocking, i went with the DFI as my last 2 boards were asus and i hated em
