Hi guys iv just bought an opteron 170 and going to get NF4 SLI-DR EXPERT mobo,what would you recomend for best ram to run 1:1, i havent looked into ram since i bought my OCZ3700EB ,im looking for ram that will run 1:1 up to between 280 and 300?looking for 2 gb set preferably under £200 thanks in advance

It going to be hard to get ** memory running 1:1 at high FSB such as 280 - 300, plus it will not be guaranteed u will hit these speeds as all memory modules are different.
I would look at along the lines of -
G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit
Mushkin 2GB DDR XP4000 Extreme Performance Dual Channel Kit
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC4000 Dual Channel Gold GX XTC Series EL-DDR CAS3

I have the Gskill HZ and they overclock great but they will just not do 280 1:1 with my overclocked opty.
Ran fine at 2.7 1:1 though.
But if I was you I would go for the ZX run a divider and have nice tight timings instead.

i think ill give my ocz 3700eb a go first ,on dfi nf3 board i got 270 1:1 out these with out too much trying.
any one tried PC4800 or higher with optys yet ,surely these should do very high HTT 1:1 ?
Looking at my opty 170 code i seem to have the not good clocker in post on way to me,seems these do 2.6-2.7 at most so i guess my memory would suffice
