Optical 2.1

I'm after a 2.1 setup to hook up to a Playstation 3 via the Optical Output, can anyone recommend anything?

I've since found out that the PS3 can output Video via the HDMI port and Audio Via Composite at the same time using two seperate leads, so this thread is no longer valid.
