optical audio output

is there a way to add an optical audio output to my gigabyte b450 aorus elite ddr4 atx mother board? or will i be best off getting a motherboard with one already one?

Just but a cheap usb soundcard with optical for about a tenner.

Or buy a SPDIF output and plug into the onboard header.
