Optical Drives message upon boot up, any ideas?

I have put together my E6850 in my Asus P5K deluxe yesterday and have attached my cd/dvd drives by the ide cable. Both of these drives work perfectly but when booting i get the following message.

ODD0: Samsung 182D....
ODD1: Samsung 182D....

Press F1 to continue

This message only stays in the screen for a few seconds and carrys on booting. The name of the drive is displayed in green as well.

Any ideas?

I've got the Asus P5KC and I get a similar message as well, except it says "Press any key to continue". I don't press anything and the message goes away and windows continues to boot. As in your case, everything works fine but I don't know how to get rid of it. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.

Yeah I have just checked again, mine says any key as well. Suppose its not really a problem then.
