Optical out?

What soundcard (or addon card) has an optical output allowing me to connect it to my 5.1 amp?

I currently have an Audigy 2 but I'm guessing this is of little use?

You're probably looking at the HDA X-Mystique really. I presume your amp doesn't have multichannel analogue inputs.

this works for me either optical or coax
great for music movies pumping crystal clear audiophile goodness into all six of your speakers

games all tho its only eax2 and i don't really care
seems creative fan boys demand better


Note: the X-Mystique converts all sounds played through it to 5.1

my usage of this card is as follows
music 70%
movies dvd/avi 20%
games 10%

i have a sony AV Reciver ant its such a nice feeling to see Dolby Digital 3/2.1 scroll across the amp when i turn my pc on
