Optimal Fan Setup. Coolermaster CM-690

Hey title says it, What its the optimal fan setup for the Cooler Master CM-690, (e.g 1 rear exhuast, 1 front input.... etc)

Im Clueless about the whole negative/postive pressure situation so little help would be great.

Hot air rises

I can't quite be bothered to check the set up of a CM-690 but basically:

Front/Bottom fans suck into the case
Top/Rear fans pull out of the case
