Optimal memory settings?

What is the best memory configuration for my samsung green memory with a 2500K CPU?

1866Mhz 9 9 9 27 1T @ 1.45v

or

2133Mhz 9 11 11 31 @ 1.65v

cant you do 10-11-11-21 @2133mhz 1.55v dram?

at a rough guess without testing those in aida64 memory test id say the 1866mhz will be better

Unfortunately it won't run at anything less than 1.65v when set to 2133.

I'm currently testing @ 1866 9 9 9 21 @ 1.45v and so far it seems stable, 8 8 8 24 BSODS

Currently using 10.8 although I have tried 10.9 but it made no difference.
