optimal setting for Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz

what is the best settings for this ram i just replaced 2 sticks of my old OCUk ram with another pair of these. So im running 4 gig now and wanna get the best performance out of them. also how good are these for overclocking and any tips?

Shame Crucial changed the ram sinks dont look as good as they did.

Currently set at

Should be able to get a minimum of 1066mhz at 5-5-5-15 using the standard 2.2v.
