on conroe, typically memory bandwidth does little in real world software (past a certain point), the article basically puts in ground work about how various cas performance levels compare. Some of my friends work in tech support, you have no idea how much articles like these are needed just so people get an idea how a system should be setup to run for the best voltage/performance points for everyday use.. Differences are small, in most cases, but demand for every last ounce is hard to avert..
