Leave everything for the CPU on Auto and just load XMP for your RAM or manually set the speed and timings, also manually set the FCLK (fabric) 1:1 with your RAM, so if your ram is 3200mhz set the IF to 1600mhz, if your RAM is 3600mhz set the IF to 1800mhz, you get the idea, ive found that leaving it on auto, it can fluctuate a bit.
As for the rest of the bios, disable anything you're not going to use, leave everything else either at enabled or auto.
In the boot options menu, set the drive that has Windows installed on it as the top option, and disable all other options, it will speed up the boot process and save the bios looking at everything on that list for potential boot files.
