Optimum GPU temp?

I've noticed my gpu sits at around 83-85 degree C when I play 7 Days To Die. I've added a new case with better airflow and 5 additional fans, but this hasn't impacted the temp of my GPU.

Is this a normal temperature? What can I do to decrease the temp?

Set a more aggressive fan curve on gpu and the case fans. Sooner the fans kick in properly, the longer it'll take for the gpu to heat up. Not sure what gpu you have but you'll probably gain another bin higher by dropping temp below 80deg.

Got a picture of your case / setup?

Under or around fifty degrees .

The silicon is fine physically at 100 degrees though obviously not ideal.

Fifty degrees will get you most of the way there in terms of what your GPU can do without throttle bins being active and reducing clock speed.

Watercooling only im afraid.

The temp is fine, modern video cards have dynamic boost clocks which measure to see if there's thermal headroom left and if there is, they clock up faster to give you better performance so often if you add more cooling they just use that to run faster.
