I will be getting a new monitor for second PC shortly. This PC will be used for games and work (office docs, web stuff, presentations etc).
Now on this machine I am typing on, I have a 22" monitor and have not used it for gaming. I will be hitting the BF scene one more with my new machine. Just moving my mouse around at the moment, 22" is quite a lot of real estate. Might be a silly question, but would getting a 27" screen be daft and more difficult to game on than a smaller screen when sat so close? The larger screen will be better for working on as I come from using multiple monitors before, so no issues there.
or...
do I get a smaller screen 23" 120hz for similar money (circa 250)?
or...
forget the 120hz thing and get a decent 23-24" screen for less cash still?
I have not seen 120hz and not sure I will benefit from it in the heat of gaming anyway (unless I look hard enough).
thoughts?
