Quick question regarding writing a CV

Would you use & or and ?

I've used & but the wife has just proof read my CV & commented I should use and
Which is more grammatically correct? or does it not really matter

And. The only time I would ever use an ampersand (which is what & is called btw) is to make it clear about conjoined words in a list. For example: "I excel at word processing, data entry, calls & emails and photocopying". Bad example but you get the jist.

Or words where an ampersand is commonly used in its abbreviated form like Terms & Conditions.

This.

Sometimes you can overthink things and personally I would put this down as an example of such a thing. If I were reviewing a CV the persons use of & or and would not register with me, but in the same way it might with others, hence this thread. For most people the content and experience is the starting point and though good use of language and punctuation is something I do measure, the use of abbreviation such as this is not. However like a suit, if in doubt wear a suit and if in doubt use and, & if you EVER use 'my bad' you are fired or your CV is in the bin. :D

This is spot on
