Hi,
Who here uses Oracle VB? I've just installed a Win7 Ultimate 64bit VM on my iMac so that my gf can play some of her windows games on the Mac.
On the Mac we have our own user accounts, with the applications folder shared. I've just installed the Windows VM on my own account, but when I log in as her she can't see the VM I created in Virtual Box. This is probably because during installation the virtual boot hard disk you select for the VM is defaulted to your own user account.
To rectify this, I changed all permissions under /users/Grant/VirtualBox VMs/Win7/ to allow read/write access from her account. She can now see the VM in virtual box, but when she launches it is runs through the first time use wizard, so it's obviously looking in the wrong place still.
What's the easiest way to achieve this?
