Orange 4-digit identity code (new phone)

So Santa bought be a new phone for Xmas and I want to get it registered online so I can manage my account/top-ups over t'internet

The site asks me to enter the phone number (which I've done) and it then asks me for a 4-digit identity code, which I don't know.

The phone was bought as a gift from me from an Orange shop and I have the box it came in here and I can't see anything that would hint at what the code is.

I also only found the number of the phone by ringing my landline and using 1471...

Anyone got any idea where I can find this 4 digit number?

Yep i had to do this when i registered my mum's phone on o2 last week

This is correct. Nice guess. This is what Orange does.

The standard 4 digit code if the phone was pre-registered is the last 4 digits of the top up swipe card that was in the box.
