Orange contracts question

Just received my new SIM card from Orange today (Dolphin 20 - SIM Only), just have a quick question.

When you ring someone else's mobile and it goes straight to their answerphone, do you get charged for this or does it come off your inclusive minutes?

you get charged £100/sec for going straight to answerphone
but seriously, all calls to mobiles & landline(01,02 & 03, for 08xx etc you get charged) are taken from your inclusive minutes.
