Orange Customer Service

It's overflow, and it's only a very limited subsection of calls that are routed through to them (payg registrations and topups, and contract registrations), basically things that would be fully automated if customers and dealers could get the hang of the systems.

The actual customer services lines are still pretty much fully UK based.

the only time ive ever ended up on an indian call centre when phoning orange was when i was activating a PayG sim, everything to do with my contract phone has always been english :)
