Has anyone else experienced bad customer customer service regarding the broadband side.
All i need is my Ip profile resetting, i have rung India about 35 times. They don't even know what ip profiling is
I have put in a complaint and apparently i am getting a call back on Monday from the UK to fix the Ip profiling
