Orange Dolphin - Pay as you go question

Hey hey.

I just got a new phone on PAYG 'cos I lost my old one. I'm on orange now (used to be o2) but I am confused as to the Dolphin free text message plan.

I selected the dolphin plan and then used my swipe card later that day to top up 10 quid. My balance says 10.26 (25p VAT bonus and 1p was already on it I think) but there is nothing about the 300 free text messages. The little text message it sent me about the plan says I have not topped up during the last 30 days :<

Anyone know how it works? On O2 I just topped up 10 quid for the first time ever and they immediately placed the bolt on 300 texts on my phone.

Should just credit you automatically. Call up 450 and speak to someone to see if you're on the right animal package.
