Orange failed to set up my direct debit

I take it if I don't call them to give them my details to set it up, they'll cancel the contract and call in the debt collectors to get my phone / money amounting to the worth of the phone?

I'm a little bit hesitant about calling up and giving my details on demand, even though the text is asking me to call 150 (which is a proper orange number isn't it?).

Yup thats basically it...just ring them and save yourself the hassle...they probably will suspend your phone line as well.

yeh 150 is the correct number
If you setup your online account i'm sure you can input your bank details there.
If you dont setup a DD they charge you extra but you should be able to just pay the bill at a bank or post office i think
