Orange GPRS/Edge settings

Can anybody point me in the right direction to these settings for my iPhone and how on earth i add them?

Put it in General, Network, Edge.

I'm on Orange and hoping to get a v2 next month (if they are released) is there anything funky you have to do to get MMS working on the iPhone via Orange??

I have 15 free MMS per month on my contract so would like to use them up
