orange livebox question..

I have Orange broadband since it was freeserve then wanadoo.

I have opted to upgrade to 'home max' to save money on bt line rental.

Ive already got a wireless router upstairs with the computer and my main phone is downstairs.


Can i use the 2nd line to make call over the net without using the live box ?

It isn't a second line per se, it's just a VoIP service over the ADSL - if you can find a device that'll work with Orange's VoIP (you might be able to connect the Livebox to your own router via the LAN ports and make it work like that), there's no reason why it shouldn't.
