Orange mobile is it down?

Can't seem to get any connection from and to orange mobiles, nothing on their website and service status seems ok.

Is it just me or any other orange customers getting the same?

Probably a mast down - phone handset faults, and them to check comms for coverage in your area.

My parents' house is a complete black spot, shocking coverage around that area.

I have absolutely no idea why, but I read that as "man down".... like the whole Orange network was being supported by one person :confused:

mines spot on in newcastle heaton

Ring em up, you can get credit on your account for alerting them to fault iirc, or was that another company - if you're first anyway

o2 and orange have nothing to do with each other.
the only possibly link could be interferance etc.
Networks run seperate, not even sure if O2 and orange are on same band, iirc only vodafone is on same band as o2.

The issue here was O2 overselling itself and jamming the network, everything seems back up now after about 10 hours down.
