Currently on the phone to Orange Customer support listening to their crappy hold music.
I have this problem where whenever I try to access the internet on my phone I get the error message: packet data not available check network services and cant access any web pages, think this is also not letting me recieve MMS messages as I have been sent two in the past few days and not recieved them, I think it uses the wap to recieve the images. I have been to the Nokia site and orange site so they could both send me the settings via sms and saved the settings then restarted but still no joy.
Rang Orange up earlier and they sent me the settings again and saved and restarted and still no joy?
This occured when I upgraded the firmware on the N70 through the Nokia website.
Currently pulling my hair out and still on hold, is there anything Orange can do extra at their end to get me online?
