Not quite sure what's going on - all Orange phones in our house have just stopped working 'No access to network' is being shown on mine.

I rang CS - 07973 100 150 from a landline - just got a long tone. Tried again, just got silence.

I rang a few friends on Orange using the landline. Same long tone.

Anyone else got the same?

Two different numbers on Orange that I'm trying to call, are both inoperational as well. It just hangs me up without ringing at all.

Got through to CS (pretty fast, actually!). Server problem - pretty much the whole network's down. A few are apparently still calling CS from their mobiles, but they can't send texts etc.

Estimate: 2-3hrs.

2-3 hours ! That's a long time.

When I tried phoning the first time I did the options then it just did a dead tone. The second time it said "All our advisors are busy please try again later" and then did a dead tone. That was before even pressing any options.

ah man 2-3 hours!!! orange were having problems with there broadband yesterday, not a good week for them really lol cant do anything here, cant text, ring or get through to CS!

If you keep redialing the CS number, you eventually get through (from my experience).

It's not really worth it though, they're unlikely to tell you anything new yet.

Was just going to post about this, been trying to ring them to upgrade, thought it was something wrong with my phones!

Been getting dead tones on all numbers for them, no luck getting through to CS at all.

lol - i was just gonna ring customer services to try sort out the mess they made registering my payg sim - think ill leave it a bit :/

Yep, there was a fairly major outage from about 1730 until about 1930 today, due to a network issue created by a third party.

There were also no calls getting through to CS at all pretty much during that time.

Should all be resolved now, if you're still having problems turn the phone off/on to create a new network connection.
