Orange PAYG, Free Calls?

I know 3 people on PAYG with Orange and for the last few days they have been using there phone (calling landlines, other networks and international calls) and have not been charged for there calls. Anyone know anything about this?

I'm sure it'll catch up with them. On contract, the 'free mins remaining' thing sometimes breaks and gets stuck on 3 days ago.

i know one of the guys only had 85p of credit left and he's been calling abroad with his. Surely at most all they can do is take that 85p of credit off

Or when they take it off (eventually) it'll stop him making any more calls. And they could keep it that way until he's paid the money back. It might say 'your balance is minus 20 pounds and 42 pence' or something.

It happened before on t-mobile, i just changed my number after running up about 45pounds worth of free calls, aint my fault their system got jammed.
