Orange Query - Upgrade

I can login to the website to view my upgrade options and costs.

I am happy with the service and my price plan so don't think I will be shopping elsewhere this time round.

Ideally I was after a Nokia N70 but it's not on the site at all. Failing that then a W800i which is OOS.

Would it be possible to get the N70, is it possible to get directly through to a friendly Orange Employee who also posts here? Not sure if you benefit at all from keeping customers? Any sort of targets or comission. Unsure how it works.

Do what i did, phone 150 and select the options saying your thing of leaving orange.

Told them i wanted a W800i as an upgrade, they said no, so i said, ok i'll go to 02 where it's free. The guy agreed to let me have the phone for £50 as an upgrade. I didn't mind the £50 as they had just come out and i wanted it bad. I also wanted to stay with Orange.

They even couriered it to me for the next day. Gotta love it. Remember to haggle!

Like I said, I am happy with Orange, happy with my contract etc... I imagine a W800i would be free anyway but they never have them in stock online.

Phone them, it's a much better system than trying to order an upgrade online, especially with regard to stock management.

I took out my contract around may 7th-10th last year.

When would I be able to get an upgrade (new handset) through.

Was kinda hoping to get it before my holiday (21/04) so I can take the W800i as an mp3 player.

Can I go to a REAL shop to upgrade my handset?
