I got one a few weeks ago on Dolphin 35 (Unlimited texts ,500mins, free evening & w/e 3G for 2 months, 30mins free video calls for 2 months, and unlimited calls to your magic number).

I must say, it's one of the greatest pieces of technology on the planet!

GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 2 x Cameras (one for Video Calling), mahoosive touch screen....

Has anyone else got one of these beautys? What are your thoughts on it?

edit: I choose this forum over mobile phones as I'm more into talking about the PDA side of it, not the phone side :)

I currently have an M600 for work, we had the M700 which I got to play with for a little bit.
I much preferred the matte black finish of the M600.
It was much more responsive and quick than my M600.
It's a shame the M700 doesn't come with the latest version of Windows Mobile also.
It is pretty much the same size and weight of the M600, which I have stopped carrying with me because it's just a brick.
You *have* to carry it around in it's hard case or you can wave good bye to that touch screen.

Although the video calls were great, it seemed pretty average to me.
Though to be fair I don't really use the extra features and apart from Exchange ActiveSync I don't see much on my PDA which I would want to do apart from normal phone stuff.

It looks like a nice bit of kit but I personally can't stand data input with the stylus and touch screen. This prevents you from using the handset one handed.

This is where I feel the upcoming Asus P750 and HP iPAQ 614 would be advantageous.

I've been using a Vaio II for about a year now and while the qwerty keypad is great for data entry, its impossible to do it one handed.

Yep, that's the one and only thing I would change about it :( It's a pain in the rear when I'm walking somewhere and have to stop to text :(

I've never used its case and it's always in my pocket with my keys/loose change etc and is in perfect condition... that's after 1-2 months of continuous use.

ps: it's propper name is the HTC trinity ;)

pps: Tomtom runs a treat on it

ppps: I have it on T-Mobile, in stead, because of the good data rates

Yea, I have TomTom on there, its perfection itself :D

Without reading through all of that, is it easy to keep all of your current data?
Also, I have Orangecare Insurance, will it void it?

Dont know about insurance, I dont usually bother with it - but most likely yes it will.
Yea you can backup your data easily enough, depends on what you want to backup I suppose. All my contacts etc are already in outlook - thats usually the only thing I want backed up.
As for tomtom, because my contacts are backed up, you can just navigate to your contact's via the contacts list (which will launch tomtom)
