Hi guys,
My orange contract is nearing an end and I was trying to get through to someone in customer services to discuss my options. I selected all the relevant options in the menus, but no matter what option i select i get the message:
“Thank you for calling Orange. Sorry, but we are unable to continue processing your call. Please hang up and try again”
Does anyone else get this message? I'm calling 07973 100 150 from landline..
