hiya
well I had to wipe a laptop and start again, thinking the owners had kept a note or the paperwork with all the user id's etyc on.
However found out they hadnt so thought right reset the router to factory settings and set up the wireless that way.
Its a netgear router, got on to it, with the usual admin and password details, however its is asking for a username and password in the router I think to log on to the broadband. It is also asking for a number of details for eample PPOA I think is one of them
Phoned Wanadoo support and they said not interested phone Netgear.
Anybody help please.
