Has this worked for anyone since the new website was launched? I get a 404 Error.

I emailed Orange 2 days ago asking about it, and they said they were aware of problems and engineers were looking into it.

I can't believe they can break something for so long! Does anyone (Dolph?) know when it's supposed to be fixed? I'd quite like to view my bill to see if my problem was rectified or not!
 
Shot myself in the foot there. Got a friend to check it out, he says it works fine.

I just installed Firefox and it works with that. It seems IE7 doesn't like it. Wonder what they changed to break it?
 
Feel a bit sad talking to myself here, but I thought I'd share.

Checked my bill, Orange had screwed up. They charged me a £150 Upgrade fee last month, which they shouldn't have. Rang and moaned twice, and was told someone would ring me back about it twice... and no one did. Wasn't refunded on this bill either.

Rang them today, and they've credited me £150 for the fee and an extra £50 for the inconvenience, which I should see on my next bill. 33% interest isn't bad!

(wasn't all for that mistake, they were also meant to send me a jiffy bag to send a phone back nearly 2 months ago, and they failed on that one too - so they've frozen all payments on my account till they've got the phone back..)
