Order AM5 setup or wait for 5070 to be available?

Hi all,

I am looking to build a AM5 setup with a 5070ti when I can get one later,

Should I be good to order the other parts now or would it be better to wait? I am not sure if AMD are releasing a better version cpu 7600 coming out soon?

I am using my current EVGA 750 PSU and my 2070.

There's nothing imminent that I'm aware of, apart from the 7400F making it to retail / DIY at some point.

The 9600X is the newer model of the 7600/7600X and this is already available.

Note that OCUK have the 6000 / C30 version of that kit for £180 and £200 is the highest the 7600/7600X have been for quite some time.

I was told running 6000 with 64GB not a good idea before and the reasoning fof slower ram.

Nothing wrong upgrading now if your happy with prices for parts , any reason for 64gb of memory ?

The Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX can be had for the same money and comes with 3 m2 slots.

Oh nice and I play DCS online and 64GB ram it really needed on same maps ;(

Runniny any AM5 with 4 sticks isn't a great idea, but 2x32GB should be alright.
