Im sure this has been asked before and will probably get closed... however....
I ordered something off of OCUK, a monitor and USB stick to be precise. The order status on OCUK "my account" says Order Complete, but it hasnt been delivered yet.
So does complete mean they have completed their part of the transaction and it is with the delivery company or does it mean that it has been delivered?
