Order Delays?

Hi All,
Is anyone aware of any delays with the order processing / having a hard time getting their kit delivered?
I ordered on Saturday 28th November and as of today (1st Dec) It's still saying Order received - not yet shipped.

I tried calling but over 50mins waiting for an answer so gave up
