Order Help

Hey all, sorry i dont really know where to post this so i thought id try here.

Basically i ordered a load of components from OCUK yesterday using the V12 finance option, i want to cancel the motherboard and tried twice to send a webnote through but it wont recognize my order number. The finance has been approved but i only sent the signed forms off today so V12 wont have them until tomorrow. Does anyone know if changing the order possible if i just ring up OCUK tomorrow or will the fact that its been approved for finance mean i cant change it?

Good job I searched for my name!

The finance orders do not show on our system until V12 have passed them through their checks. Once they give them the all clear they drop our shop a quick message and the order appears.

This can take a couple of days after you accept the finance agreement.

I would suggest dropping a call to sales either today or early monday and the order should be live and in a state where we can fix it for you.

Damn too late, i checked the city link website and my orders waiting at their depot to be delivered on monday. Ah well cheers anyway!

If i were to send the motherboard back to OCUK would that be ok or would it have to be broken etc?

I think you have a right to return for the first 7 days if the box is unopened. You'll have to ask the staff or at least someone who is more knowledgeable about this sort of thing.

In the meantime, read section 7 of the terms and conditions.
