Order not gone through?

I put a order through for a computer using pay by finance about 4 hours ago.
After selecting the pay now op processing but then returned me to the payment option page.
I have emailed customer service and have gotten no responses.
Is this normal when using pay by finance and it’ll come through or should I reorder?

I don’t want to do another order in case it does come through but atm I have had no confirmation/ no order process/ no money leave my account

So with these maintenance issues does that mean my order is just backlogged and will go through or will I need to put it through again.

The link to that thread the guy says he got a message “I placed an order a couple of days ago and the message said no deliveries until Thursday”

I haven’t not received anything at all
